About this instrument
What it is.
Tideline is intentionally low-fidelity. It's a soft signal, not a score. Built from your own reflections and your own marking of which days felt steady versus rough, the widget draws a gentle wave. The point is to notice patterns — not to grade your relationships against a number.

Steady · 7 days
A flat-ish wave. Most days felt about the same. Not good, not bad — just continuous. Worth noticing on its own.
Tense · 7 days
Variation that big usually has a name. The widget doesn't name it. Tap through to the day to see what you wrote then.
Healing · 7 days
A slow lift across the week. Repair often looks like this — not a single good day, but a gradient that's easier to feel in hindsight than in the moment.
