What Navoura noticed
In most Latin American Spanish, "mañana" reads neutral — closer to "let me get through tonight" than dismissal. The warmth in "amor" is doing real work; this isn't distance, it's a request for room. The exhaustion is the message.

Short messages from someone you work closely with often read sharper than they're meant to — "need to talk" is operator vocabulary, not a verdict.
